Kajskjul 8 is spacious, with room for up to 900 guests, yet it is simultaneously cosy and intimate. Naturally, food is an essential component of a successful evening. That’s why we have our own kitchen and our own chefs. We know you want to focus on your employees, customers or guests. And for it all to work out, personal dedication is vital. Invite your customers or employees to an historic and highly personal building. Here at the water’s edge, you will find 800 flexible square meters and space for 100 to 900 people. We will welcome smaller parties aboard one of our vessels, which are moored next to Kajskjul 8.
The interiors are flexible, adaptable and equipped with technology for shows, performances, presentations, conferences and exhibitions, all to make a sterling impression. We adjust and tailor the building to the perfect size, creating intimacy and a sense of presence and community. We keep an open mind and listen to what our customers want to achieve. We consider what their guests will feel, do and think. Based on these ideas, we will build a conceivable scenario. If you have special wishes, we have close contact with suppliers who can offer the best technology available on the market. We also have an extensive contact network of musicians, lecturers, inspirational speakers, and masters of ceremonies who we can engage for the event. To create the best possible event, you will have a personal contact who will be at your service from first idea to final implementation.
A successful event depends entirely on the overall result. That’s why we imbue our food with so much care. Our chefs compose dishes with thoughtfully selected ingredients and according to the feelings and message you want to convey. Together with you, we will compile the perfect flavours. Whether you have 100 or 900 guests, whether we are serving a seated three-course meal or laying out a buffet. To the greatest possible extent, we also choose organic and locally produced ingredients. If they are not available nearby, we choose them from locales where they are at their best.
Over the years, we have arranged hundreds of events for companies and organisations. Each event is a fresh challenge and our task is to create an experience that attendees remember for a long time, with guests in focus. That requires the ability to adapt the venue in accordance with the number of guests, employees or customers who will attend. It is important to create intimacy and the sense that the space is filled. We therefore design new environments with a new framework for each event and use the beautiful old boats docked in the harbour to welcome smaller parties.
